As a rule, our website can be used without providing any personal data. Where personal data (such as name, address or email addresses) is collected on our pages, this is done on a voluntary basis wherever possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

On the basis of the statutory provisions within the meaning of Article 6(1) GDPR, we collect data about every access to the web server on which this website is hosted. Such access data includes the name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred and notification of successful retrieval, as well as the browser type and version, the user’s operating system, the previously visited page, the IP address and the requesting provider. For security reasons (to allow possible investigation of misuse or fraud), log file information is stored for a period of 7 days and then deleted. Data that is required for evidentiary purposes may need to be retained for longer. Such data is excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been clarified.

The use of contact details published as part of the legal notice obligation by third parties for sending unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly prohibited. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising, such as spam emails.
